📌 What is the Grappler?
The Grappler is a specialized LEO tool used to safely immobilize a suspect vehicle (10-80 pursuit) by targeting its rear wheel. It should only be used on highways or clear roads at speeds up to 100 MPH.
🛠️ How to Use the Grappler

Walk up to the pushbar (as shown in the screenshot) and enter:
t /grappler install

- Approach the back of the suspect car and press Y to drop the Grappler.
- Wait 10 seconds before using it.
- Position yourself at the back-left or back-right wheel of the suspect’s car.
- Aim the center of the Grappler at the wheel and slowly slow down.
- If it attaches, ensure your 10-32 units behind are clear and call over the radio:
"Grappler successful, everyone get clear."
- When safe, stop, reverse slightly, and have units block the front of the suspect vehicle.
- Box the suspect in and secure them safely.
🔓 Releasing a Vehicle
After the suspect is detained:
- Walk to the front of your Grappler and enter:
t /grappler reset
- To remove it completely, enter:
t /grappler remove
⚠️ Notes for High Command
- Train units before authorizing Grappler use.
- Only LEOs with 3+ months experience may use it.
- Inexperienced or new officers are prohibited from using the Grappler.
- Abuse will result in a 3-strike policy: If violated, Grapplers will be removed from all vehicles for 1 month.
